Unsure if I'm late..projected AF keeps moving!

I am 10 DPO and have been nauseous the last few days and today my nipples have been on fire, especially jogging this morning! My husband and I had sex 2 days ago and I noticed a medium amount of light pink spotting immediately afterward, but nothing since. All my prior cycles since coming off BC have been 31 or 32 days. Glow has recently been editing July's projected AF from tomorrow to Friday and now to today. When should I test? I am "late" compared to my other AF's. Thank you and sorry for the novel!
