Can I do an escape room?

My sister wants to do an very scary cabin escape room with me and my mom, but I’m pregnant and I’m not entirely certain that it’s a good idea. It would be stressful and lots of jump scares and I’m not sure that it would be good for the baby. But I really want to do this escape room because I’ll only be in town for a few days and I know we’d all enjoy it. Is it okay to do a scary escape room or should I pass?

I don’t think it would do any harm to the baby to go to an escape room.

Most escape rooms don’t have people jumping out at you. Some are set up to be spooky, but I have done many and have never had someone jump out at me.
