Cramps
I have had my IUD (Kyleena) for almost a year and my period has been pretty regular and normal the whole time. I am supposed to get my period in 9 days But for some reason I have been having some on and off spotting for the past week and today I have really bad cramps but still no bleeding.
Does anyone know why?
