went in for a blood test today, since I have PCOS and needed help to get pregnant previously. HCG came back at 20,000+ so they thought I could be 8+ wks since my LMP was 6/3. with PCOS, there is no certainty in when/if I ovulated, so we are guessing.

given the high HCG, came back in for a scan. ended up being 5.5 weeks. no heartbeat. I know I shouldn't expect a heartbeat at 5 weeks, more worried about measuring 5 weeks when the LMP and HCG point closer to 8 weeks.

anyone have this experience? going back in 2 weeks, but have a feeling that this might not be a viable pregnancy.
