so I've been using opks for 4 Months now and I have had one positive yet . I had one that was close... and tomorrow glow says I'm supposed to be ovulate..nice been cramping for 2 days but no postive yet and no ewcm either... just sore boobs & cramps... I'm starting to wonder if I even ovulate at all. I've been off the paraguard iud for 8 months. I'm starting to wonder if having PCOS and using a birth control with no hormones for four years really messed me up. I go back to the doctor in September. I'm hoping they don't blow me off this time saying to try opks some more.
