Induction this Saturday at almost 41 weeks

So after my doctor appointment today, after the NST, ultrasound, amniotic fluid check & cervix check... the dr said I could schedule an induction asap if I wanted, I told her I wanted to wait till next week, she suggested not to wait another week as the baby might be too big. So I told her my last day of work is Friday so she said we will see you Saturday night then!

Her head is down but not all the way down where it needs to be & my cervix is soft & titled just not dilated any yet. So good news is my body is doing everything that it needs to do but just waiting on baby to do everything she needs to do.

We are going to start it slow tho... start with some light medication to make me dilate. It will defiently take a few hours but could take a day or even two.

Then if nothing is happening after that then they will start the pitocin which will send me in full blown labor. The dr didnt recommended doing this right off the bat which is exactly what I didnt want either.

But also dont want to be in labor for days. So can only hope for the best!

But once I go in the hopsital Saturday night... I'm not leaving till my baby girl is with me 🤗
