pcos &&& pre seed!!

So my lovely fiance and i have ttc for a beautiful baby since last year it feel don't seem like long as some of y'all ladies think but it seems like forever. . . Honestly, i can see the hurt in his eyes knowing each month he has his mind set that this is our month God will bless with a baby. . See already had a son whose 6 from a previous relationship. . I remember back in 2011 my ogbyn had prescribed me some medicine to take but I really don't know the name of it because I had to debris on my ovaries. . Before i took the meds my period has always been irregular ladies i remembered having a period for a yr straight. . So yeah my period was back on the right track at least I thought. . Now since we've ttc everything seems like its going down hill my period has become irregular again sometimes i don't have cm like i did before. . Ladies my son talks about having a sibling all the time, ''he's like maybe we go can go to the baby store in heaven & explain to God that I'm very lonely maybe he'll let us buy a baby" Or he says ''i need to talk to pastor and see why i dn't have a baby sister yet like my cousins do" Yes, i cry at night knowing i might not can't have any more children. . Honestly i can say my guy is so supportive he says i promise we'll have a baby Girl don't worry. You know i tell him things like he can leave because what if i can't have your children!! He always reply with stfu baby YOU'LL Have my children and stop saying that shit i hate when you talk like that. . Or im WITH you because i love you besides we already have a son together RIGHT girl so n you tripping for nothing. Fast forward SO i finally made myself a doctor's appointment to see what's wrong. . So she tells me i might have pcos and she like its nothing major baby so don't get yourself worked up about it and alot of females going thru this. . And yes some females to conceive while others can't. . Some she gave me metformin to take and help regulate my periods. . ok, so i brought pre seed in order to help me convince i saw some many successful stories on women who struggle with pcos who used it on the 1st try. . and I seen not successful stories on how pre seed didn't work it made things worse or they had a miscarried. my fiance says use it and so does my doc. . . Long story short have any ladies used this while having pcos and ended up with a healthy baby?
