Mean pregnancy comments 😳

What’s the meanest most absurd pregnancy comment you’ve gotten?

SHORT STORY TIME:

We are staying with my husbands grandparents for a getaway vacation. My hubby got me some almond butter at Costco because he’s a gem and *pregnancy cravings* lol

Soooo while hubby and grandpa were out cutting wood and doing manly things, his grandma (who I barely know by the way!) has the audacity to ask me how much pregnancy weight I’ve gained.

Because I was so surprised she had the balls to ask, I actually ignored the question. (She’s like 87 years old So I figured she wouldn’t realize I ignored her lol!) She proceeded to ask again in which i ignored her question. Lol she asked a THIRD time rewording the question “so did they tell you how much you’ve gained?”

I’m like oh HELL TO THE NO, lady! Should I slap her now or respond in kindness and take the high road? lol

I responded with “I don’t disclose that type of information. Only my husband knows what I’ve gained.” I explained to her I used to have an eating disorder so I don’t really like seeing numbers on the scale at the midwife. She says “well you better be careful to not gain too much.”

I’m like thinking is this chick fo REAL?!

BTW I’m in the process of putting almond butter on a banana while she’s saying this. She literally looks at the almond butter and goes “I would’ve never eaten that when I was pregnant. I never snacked.” 😂😂😂 (I’m laughing about it now because how retarded she was but in the heat of the moment I was like:

Ummm 😑😑😑 I asked her “well you have to have snacks when you’re pregnant. Your blood sugar sometimes drops or does funny things.” All while trying to be cordial and kind but thinking

Anyway, she proceeded to tell me how thin she was when she was pregnant. And how she never snacked. “We didn’t have the money for fancy snacks.” And proceeded to say how she was thinner with each of her pregnancies.

I’m like Ummm 🤷‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤬😱🤯😡🤯

SO needless to say! What’s the worst comment you’ve gotten from dumbasses during your pregnancy?
