Trying to get pregnant for 1 year now

Hey everyone I been trying to get pregnant for last year now. We were going to a fertility specialist because I have pcos. My husband has two kids already so I figured it was me. Turns out he has low sperm count do anyone have any suggestions to help us Thanks
