I wish I could love my IUD more

hi girls! I've had my hormonal IUD for 16 months now, and I really like that my period is almost non-existent, but what I really hate is that I cannot have sex without having "bleedings"/ brown/dark. it's not much, but enough to see after/during sex. I'm not in a relationship eather, witch makes it hard to have that "conversation" every time.. #missbeeinglicked What would you do??
