How to wear shorts comfortably in summer?

Big thigh friends:::
HOW do you wear shorts comfortably. I hate them. I have avoided shorts for 2 years every summer wearing leggings. I’m going on vacation & will have to wear shorts (so I don’t have a heat stroke lol) 
WHAT DO YOU DO TO PREVENT CHUB RUB. 
Deodorant only works for so long before you look like a weirdo applying it again in public 😐

I get shorts that are like two sizes up bc I hate tight shorts. I feel so uncomfortable in tight shorts. I never wore them because of this. Until I used my brain and now I wear shorts alllll the time. And I don’t get ones that fold up at the bottom because it makes me feel like my thighs are being cut off so I make sure I don’t buy those either :)

I put a thin layer of a&d; if shorts are too short or wear nike pro spanks under the shorts it looks cute to have a look color sticking out the bottom.

I have a few pairs of Nike shorts and they are longer than my normal lounge shorts. Super comfy to wear out if I’m not going to anything formal or fancy.

Lush makes this stuff called silky underwear. It’s like baby powder but works so much better imo. I use it when I wear dresses and it’s amazing. I even use it where my bra touches my body and I don’t get that gross sweaty feeling from being in the heat. I love it!
