So I'm 38 weeks and 3days today I been having off and on cramps and lower back pain and maybe for the last hour it's hurts to seat down I feel so much pain and pressure do u lady think that labor coming soon or could I be dilating I was already 3cm almost 4cm

Sounds like back labor. It is hard to time when they start. My mom times the peaks, when it hurt the most.

Take a warm bath! I'm 39 weeks in I couldn't get out of my bed not to long ago try it maybe it works

Sounds like labor! Has your water broken?  Start timing how long they last and how far apart they are
