Middle back pain???

Question

Anyone else having an ache in their middle back? Mine has been constant since noon today. Nothing has helped. I've also had a lot more BH contractions today.

I finally used a heating pad and that helped. I've had this pain earlier in my pregnancy, but haven't felt it in a long time. It was weird that it randomly flared up last night.

I had pain around the bra band area.... Ughhh it was terrible! Maybe indigestion?? IDK

I have had terrible back pain as well! Not accompanied with BH tho. One day an excersice ball helped. Another day I believe it was just constipation and I relieved the pain after a cup of coffee. Now I have had it for 6 hours and nothing is helping. I even tried the pool! 😩
