Has anyone ever reported rape?

Recently my now ex bf raped me... I reported it to the police & it was dismissed because nobody believed me EVEN WITH PHYSICAL EVIDENCE that it happened and that he beat me... if anyone has had a similar experience please share & vote 🗳

I’m so sorry that happened to you. Unfortunately that’s the case for many survivors who decide to come forward. You’re so brave for doing so even though you didn’t get the justice you deserve. I was sexually assaulted in middle school and I considered reporting but I knew there was no evidence and you know how that goes, so I decided not to put myself through further trauma.

yea I was raped by an ex boyfriend's friend and I had evidence too showing I had tears but nothing was done. he went on to rape again to another woman at knife point and was put in jail then later on I saw him out free so I guess he had a light sentence for it even though what he did to her was more violent than what was done to me. I've also recently been beat by an ex and nothing was really done to him either and he's out free as well. it seems to me it's okay for men to beat and rape women bc nothing is ever really done to them about it is my experience and it upsets me. both times I was blamed for it too
