TTC after D&C

Had a D&C; a week ago after found out at 11 w my baby had no heartbeat. Baby heart stopped around 8 1/2 w. One week after D&C; and I tested ovulation and it came :) (positive). Is it possible to ovulate a week after D&C;? I can’t wait to TTC again.
