Hcg level?

So I had to get a blood test for just a gerneral check up results came back that my hcg levels are at 26 so they sent me back in for another a week later and now it’s at 25 they said they can’t rule out an early pregnancy but they don’t want to get my hopes up just yet.
Because it’s gone down one could I still be pregnant or is it a sign of a very early miscarriage?

If you are not in any physical lower pain or no bleeding I doubt it’s an ectopic. I just recovered from one 4 weeks ago and the pain was unbelievable! 
I would push for an earlier blood test. 🤞🏼

Possibly a ectopic pregnancy, fluctuating HCG is a big sign. Why are they not giving you HCG tests every 48 hours? I would definitely pushing for this to get a definitive answer. I'm sorry your going through all this worry and not knowing I remember all to well how frustrating and upsetting it is. I hope you get some answers soon

Unfortunately that happened to me last year and it was actually an ectopic pregnancy. 
I had to have surgery to remove it. 
It was so hard! 
We wanted to be pregnant so bad!

What’s going on / where are you in your cycle? Or how was your last period of it was recent?
