So confused

I have a 30 day cycle and af was supposed to arrive on the 26th. On the 30th I took 2 different test without fmu and got vfl. Today I am 8 days late and took a test this morning still vfl but lighter than the first 2 I took. I have been extremely fatigued cramping on my right side for over a week nausea and flu like symptoms. I don’t know what’s going on. Has anyone else ever had this happened to then?
