Dream question.!

My period started medium and has just gotten lighter in 3 days, I cant eat ANYTHING without getting sick to my stomach in like 2 bites,VERY NAUSEOUS, i am very emotional, Im bloated, And I had a couple weird dreams, One about getting a positive test, and one about breastfeeding!!! Should I take a test??!!
