My biggest craving! Salchipapas!
No denying my baby is Peruvian (my husband is from Peru). On Tuesday I had a huge craving for Salchipapas and I had to have it. Unfortunately the food truck I got it from originally is located all the way in Asheville, which is 2 hours from Charlotte. I had to make due and make some at home. It is delicious!
