Please please help and answer. Really confused

Ladies I really need your help. Please if you can answer my post that would be great. I had ectopic pregnancy and surgery to remove it and my right tube on 03/16. Doctor said we can try after two periods again. Got first period naturally 8 weeks after the surgery. Was not getting second period for more then 79 days so doctor had me start 10 day progesterone. I started my period 3 days after it on 07/22 and ended on 0727. I have been tracking my ovulation every day. Today I got a high on clear blue advanced digital and my line also got darker. However, since yesterday I am having spotting, back ache and cramps also. Do you think this can be ovulation bleeding. Please help.
