Rib Pain!!

I'm 35 weeks today and I have extreme rib pain on my left side! How can I possible relieve this pain? Ice? Heat? It's just so high I don't think my baby kicked me or anything. I'm not sure what's causing it but I can't even lay on my left side 😞 advice please
