Two days ago I had some spotting that only lasted a few hours. The the next day I had a little bit of spotting just one time when I wiped. Nothing else since. Now today my nipples are extremely sore and I’m having some pricking pain on the right side of my abdomen area. What could it be? Period coming on or possible early pregnancy symptoms? My period isn’t due for 4 days. I’m 10 dpo today.
