Favorite Infant Seat?

For my son we got a BabyTrend one that came in a travel system with the jogger. We hated it. There are so many to choose from. What is your favorite??

We just got the uppababy Mesa and we heard it was good. A little pricey but worth it because you can resell it as long as it wasn’t in an accident!

My husband got me the maxi cosi zelia 5 in 1. I just got it last night and I haven’t opened (baby’s due December 1st) but I read sooo many great reviews. I was gonna go with Evenflo pivot but reviews weren’t as great

I deal with car seats on a daily basis... it’s actually kind good I guess that you didn’t like the babytrend. They don’t typically fit average sized newborns. But rest assured there are no safety ratings available to the public. Every car seat has passed testing and the safest seat is one that fits your child, your budget, your car, and is installed properly 100% of the time. Whats your budget and what vehicle do you have?

I’m surprised you had issues with the baby trend. I have the expedition travel system and love it! My sister also used the same one and loved it.

Mine was the baby trend seat. And I had a Graco one. I don’t understand the difference in seats. As long as he fit fine, I used it. I had Graco, baby trend and evenflo seat but the evenflo was when he was like 4-5 months and didn’t need padding.
