Have you ever fell in love with someone who has a different religion than you?

I’m a Christian, and a guy who i am head over heels for is pagan.
The Bible says that I should seek a God seeking man which he isn’t.
I love him.
Would I be wrong for continuing my relationship with him?
Was your relationship able to work with your religion difference?

If you are serious about your faith it will naturally affect your whole life and worldview. It can be hard to see eye to eye and agree on a lot of the important things if you are coming from 2 different perspectives that differ, and you both feel your view is correct. I think the relationship can work if you are both very nominal in your faiths/religious practices because at the end of the day it won't be a big deal for you to compromise if you don't take what you believe very seriously. You'll prioritize your relationship over following what your faith would have you do. However, if you really do take your faith seriously and want to live your life for God, then I don't think it will ultimately work. The person I dated for 4 years before my husband was very into new age practices and kind of pluralistic in his beliefs. And as I grew deeper in my faith and started to take it more seriously we naturally grew apart because we just did not see eye to eye on important issues, and that's why we ultimately broke up. People will probably tell you, "Oh, just respect each other and it will work." I disagree. Respecting each other and agreeing to disagree is fine for friends, coworkers, family members, etc. But in a serious relationship and potentially marriage, that's supposed to be your closest, most intimate bond in life. As a Christian you believe that God is and should be at the center of your life and relationship. That's simply not possible if you're with someone who does not love, believe in, or follow the same God as you do. Further, that person cannot help you grow in your faith, hold you accountable, or help strengthen and support you in the way that you will need. It is a hard decision to make, and I've definitely made the wrong decision (multiple times) in my past. But once I took my faith seriously I stopped entertaining the idea of dating people who would only take me further away from the God I loved and wanted to live my life for, and that's when God brought my husband and soul mate into my life. :) I am so glad I made that decision and only wish I had done it sooner. I’m a Muslim and I’m together with my respectful Christian boyfriend, it’s a little complicated and my mum advised me for the future saying if you marry him that’s something to think about.
I definitely love him, and I feel that so long as we are a strong couple that are good people, that support each other with respect for each other’s faith, there’s no problem at all. 
We’ve been together for a year 😄❤️

my boyfriend is Christian and I'm an atheist. We both respect the others beliefs.  if he wanted to marry in a church I'd do it because I love him and want him to be happy. same for me, he doesn't push the word on me because he knows where I stand. bottom line is love is stronger than religion.

I think all religions should be accepted and embraced in life and in relationships. If you love someone you love what they believe and how their mind works too. If you can accept it all  and open your world view, you don’t have to reject anything.

Love is blind. If you are really in love, then I would stay with him if I were you.
However, if you think this will mess up your relationship by causing fights or resentment -- then call it quits before you get too deep.
