I Labored in the hospital for 12 hours dialating from a 3.5 to a 10... All natural birth with horrible back labor, two 2nd degree tears and a retained placenta that had to be removed manually (man did I regret not having an epidural at that point).

Baby girl healthy and getting the hang of breast feeding now. Being discharged tomorrow!
