Cramps

Hey guys! I’m 31 TTC baby #2....glow says my ovulation was yesterday and Im a night shift nurse so we BD yesterday before work and then this morning while I was at work I started having these really sharp pains like period cramps. They were almost to the point of making me really uncomfortable and hard to sit down. Anyone experience this? Could it just be ovulation? It’s eased off a little now but still feeling crampy. I don’t remember this happening with my son.
