I am almost three months postpartum and I have been having pregnancy symptoms. I finally took a pregnancy test on Thursday and I saw a faint line, but I think it looked more visible after it dried. I took another one Wednesday and the same thing happened, you could see a shadow during the time frame and a little better once it dried. Same thing today but the line hasn’t really gotten darker. I’m so confused! Plus what throws me off is that my nipples are very sensitive when I’m nursing my daughter, and my breasts are feeling sore. Which is weird because my nipples were already used to nursing since the second week pp. That and I also have been cramping which just started a few days ago. I don’t know what’s going on!

A little of back story, I was told I have PCOS and for that reason, I don’t get a period since I don’t ovulate. Both of my daughters were conceived with meds. Postpartum of my first daughter I never got a period even after I stopped breastfeeding and then i took medication to get pregnant with my second daughter. So I don’t know if what I’m feeling is my period coming on? This is all new to me and the tests could possibly be all evaps? I had never gotten these lines before EVER on these tests. They were always stark white when I wasn’t pregnant. But could it be possible hormones causing the lines?! Help! I don’t know what’s going on! I’ll post my three tests here...
