Why is my pee a bit foamie? Warning, a lil TMI pic.

I was wondering why my pee seems to have some foaminess in it? 
It disappears after it's been sitting for a minute or two but it seems a bit foamy when I first pee. 
This is after like 30 sec when most bubbles popped

I've had that happen some too. Had it checked and everything was fine. Might just be the pressure when you pee.

Doesn't seem like a lot, but if it gets more worrisome, I'd contact an OB and see if they can test your urine for some stuff. 
I've heard of some things that cause that only from my friend, her dad had it. I can't remember the actual name, and I feel like I shouldn't even mention it because it just sounds so awful to say...
But the nickname was "black man's disease" because it was very susceptible to African American males. However, he was Caucasian. I have googled it to try to look for you, but I can't find it. I feel horrible, but my friend never told me the actual name.
