I wouldn't, I can't imagine the effect that living there could have on a childs development. The gravitational pull is not as strong there, even an adult living there would have to keep in extremely good shape in order to return to earth and still walk around normally. I think taking a child there would simply be irresponsible. Even with trying to keep them in good shape, their bones and muscles could still develop in a way that makes returning to earth difficult. And then I would also start to wonder if their heart wouldn't grow to be as strong, as the gravitational pull would also affect the force it takes to pump blood through the body. IDK, to me theres just to many unknown variables to look at, but I'm also not a scientist, so maybe it's not all that big a deal.
