Feeding question FTM

I have a dumb question - ideally I would like to pump and feed my baby- let’s say I attempt to breast feed in the hospital for the first 1-3 days— and then try to pump and feed when I get home. Will I have issues switching to bottle? Should I bring my pump with me when I deliver? I am so confused
