How much milk, what breast you pumped from, how many wet/poop diapers? how do you wake up every 2 or 3 hours to pump?

* a notebook

* an app

* an alarm clock

* a timer

* rely on memory (God help me!)

Please help me choose! My DH and I will be both home for the 1st 12 weeks (as well as my teenager, my dad and his wife) and I'm looking for something everyone can use if they want to help. Everyone is pretty tech savvy. I saw these on Amazon but I'm not sure
