Need help choosing my next hairstyle!!!

So I know I am going to get my hair colored a strawberry blonde but I also want to cut it withing the next two weeks to surprise my husband when he gets home from his annual training.

Here's where I need help, my hair is currently at midback, and I want it around shoulder length, but I'm not sure which style I want.
