Period at night ðŸ˜
So at night I wear a nighttime pad but I still leak either over the sides or at the back. My period started again today and I don’t want to leak onto my bedsheets again. Anyone got any tips to stop this happening? I’ve had my period for 8 years and still not worked it out 😂 help me out please! 💖
