Finally losing weight!
I feel so proud of myself, but I know I have a long way to go. I started really pushing myself on running/walking/dancing, watching my calories, making better food choices, cutting out fried food, avoiding bread and pasta, and trying to avoid cokes. Today is day 11, I started off at 184 and now I'm sitting at 176.8 🙌
Losing weight has been a struggle for me my entire life, I've battled with eating disorders, i have really bad low blood sugar and really bad depression, but I finally found something that actually works for me.
Dont lose hope ladies! It is possible!
