morning after pill

so I had sex and I was on top. and he said get off but I dident hear him and he said it again and right when I got off he cam. but it shot on my vagina. I'm 85% sure it wasent inside me. it was just on the outside. I wiped it off really fast. and then after 6 hours I took the morning after pill. should I be worried about being pregnant? never had a slip up like this before.
