Maca root & twins?

Question

Ok I’m 32 & already taking  prenatals but read Maca root vitamins could increase your chance of having twins. 
Did this happen for anyone? 
Also read that taking magnesium & calcium together could increase your chances of having a girl.  
Anyone?

having a boy or girl has nothing to do with anything other then sperm and if its an X or Y

Both of these ate myths.  Nothing you can do can effects the sex of the baby and the only thing that increases the likelihood of twins is fertility treatments.  Maca also has not been proven to help female fertility in any way, though it is suggested in some studies it can help sperm production.

Having twins is actually considered dangerous for both babies and is not desirable for having healthy pregnancies and babies. People have healthy twins, but there is a significantly higher risk severe complications during pregnancy, delivery, and further into the babies’ lives. Most doctors recommend focusing on having one healthy baby and a healthy mama :) good luck!

I heard that there are different things you can eat to help the “atmosphere” be better for each gender of sperm but honestly I haven’t read more into it. Sorry I’m not much help.
