My pregnancy doesn’t feel real anymore..

End of April I miscarried my first baby.

I had one period after that, and got pregnant again in June.

My symptoms got strong, and everything about this pregnancy felt better.

I had my first ultrasound last week on Thursday, thinking to see something significant since I was 9weeks 4 days.

Wrong.

We saw a gestational sac, a yolk sac, and nothing else. My heart sunk. The ultrasound machine dated me at 6 weeks 3 days. I am SO confused. 3 weeks off? So now I’m trying to figure out if I ovulated that late. If the miscarriage threw my cycle off that much.

Friday I had blood work done to check my hcg. 18,000. Good sign I suppose, since that would place me where the ultrasound dated me.

I have repeat blood work tomorrow to see if my numbers are growing, and another ultrasound Thursday this week.

I’m so anxious, and every little thing is making me paranoid. My pregnancy doesn’t even feel real anymore.
