Post Birth Control Syndrom
Hello,
I have suffered from depression, anxiety, and borderline personality disorder...look it up before assuming because it is not multiple personality disorder...and I am allergic to pills that help me. So, I have gone to counseling/learned coping mechanisms to manage my moodswings.
I was finally in a good place with managing emotions, and the I stopped taking my birth control because we are trying to conceive...A month went by fine, but this month was terrible. I have had many moodswings including feeling very full of rage. That lasted about two days, and I am back to normalish now. Anyone have experience with having a hard time going off the pill? Will my body most likely adjust after another month? I have heard it can take three months. Thanks for any feedback. It was really hard to cope with the moodswings while feeling alone. I did my best not to take anything out on my fiance/others around me.
