MIL problems!!

So my future MIL is so unbelievably overbearing and tries to be very overly involved in our lives. We are planning our wedding and she wants to be kept informed about every little detail. And when I tell my plans, she always has her own opinions and suggestions. My fiancé is not close with her because there is a lot of resentment towards her for how she has ran (and continues to try to run) his life. He has attempted to talk to her but she is always in denial and plays the victim with tons of guilt trips. When I told her we were planning a small beach ceremony her first question was "what should I wear?!"
