Anyone have gotten melasma "pregnancy mask" on their face as early as 6 - 8 weeks?

With my first I got melasma on my tummy/underneath my breasts right away. Face stayed clear. I noticed the last few days that I have the slightest melasma on my face (cheeks). If I'm pregnant I would be around 7 weeks. I say if because I'm not ttc and what I thought was my first pp period (more like spotting) could have been implantation bleeding. I'm almost 11 months pp.
