Working out at 32 weeks
So I've tried my hardest and have been hitting the gym about 3 days a week throughout my pregnancy. I power walk and do light weights, squats, planks, and stretches.
However, just this week, as I've hit 32 weeks, I'm SO tired and can barely make it through 20 minutes on the treadmill. Felt like the baby was going to fall out 😊
My question, how many of you are still working out? Any other exercise advice? Should I call it quits til baby comes?
