Stroller for 2 under 2

So I am trying to decide if I need to get a double stroller or not. My little one will be 22 months when his brother is born. I am due in December, so I was thinking I might do better with an double umbrella stroller that reclines. I could use the single stroller I have and use my lilliebaby Carrier until the baby has head control or use my snap and go stroller when my toddler won't ride in the stroller. Any advice from Mom's with two close in age or suggestions of strollers. Would like to keep it under $200 and not to bulky or heavy. With my first we didn't use his stroller alot, I am going to feel differently once I have 2?
