I think they make it confusing on purpose here in the US because it’s all one big scam.

Yes. If you dont know what a copay or deductible is, read your benefits package and google a few terms. As an adult you should understand that stuff. I dont expect a kid on their parents’ insurance to but doesnt hurt to get educated so you’re prepared

My husband is a Engineer for the Railroad and let me tell ya we have differ insurance for differ things so No...!!! I dnt usually understand I call all them often and it changes every single year So its alot just as I get used to what is what It changes and I'm lost agian If the guys dnt work 10 total trips your health care gets cancelled then reinstates it's a crock of shit and alot to deal with it's a pyramid So we have .... United then we have BCBS then medco for scripts then vision and dental and hearing ....Its alot🙄 especially sense each year it changes in some form or another Its somewhat better sense Hunter Harrison died he drove railroad into ground 😬 I get more confused each year
