Caffeine in carbonated drinks

So I quit drinking pop almost 2 years ago, and today ALL I craved was Pepsi and Mountain Dew on ice with a straw, so I went and grabbed it (and ordered pizza but shhhh, not relevant) and I drank a lot of both of them. I know caffeine should be limited, but it’s okay to give in for a day just to settle the craving right? I feel guilty but was really just craving a carbonated drink on ice so bad. And I hate pop now. I only drink juice and water so it was really strange for me. But my eyes rolled to the back of my head I was in love with it.
