Baby Oil and Risk of Infection?

So my partner and I have a pretty fun sex life. Last night we got hot and heavy (a LOT of baby oil was involved. Now I’m worried I could get an infection from it. My girlfriends have told me it’s terrible for you down there. Anyone on here use baby oil before and made it out without developing an infection? Would I know by now if something wasn’t right??

You are not suppose to use baby oil down there at all. It strips your natural ph levels and can cause infections. find a different lube.

Don't use it for sex get an oil lube. It an cause infection tho I have used it, mostly UTI infections just shower and pee straight after sex :)

You should use a different lubricant if you don’t want infections, I’ve heard good things about using coconut oil for sex

Baby oil is fine for the skin but it should not be used as an internal lubricant.
