I got diagnosed with PCOS 5 months ago. Tried Clomid for 3 months; I ovulated but my progesterone levels were still low. Switched to Femara last month. I ovulated and it got my progesterone up to 24! 🙌🏻 Then I had spotting and AF came shortly after. ☹️

I am now on cd 17 of my 2nd round of Femara.

Anyone else use Femara when ttc? It doesn’t seem to be very common?

Did you also have side effects such as migraines and heat flashes like me?
