Does anyone else do this?

So my husband and I have been trying to conceive our first child.  5 and a half years without any luck... just wanted some advice. I’ve read that raising your legs is a myth... but immediately after sex I always shower... am I being weird or does gravity work against sperm??? Haha I feel stupid even asking...

All I'll say is the leg trick worked for me haha, and yes gravity and sperm don't mix and my advice would be don't shower straight after wait about 20 mins 😊 hope you get your bfp soon x

raising your legs is a myth.. the sperm are already on their way to try and get to the egg so no need to raise your legs.. I did with my first but not this one.. this one i massaged my ovaries before, not really sure if that actually helps or not..good luck and baby dust

If you’ve been trying for years I don’t think raising your legs is suddenly going to make all the difference. I think it’s one of those things that has no real factual basis, but i guess it can’t hurt to try.

Does anyone else do this?
