Just wondering if someone could help! I’ve come off the Depo 9 months ago and have tried everything natural you could think of to try regulate my hormones but am still having heavy constant bleeding pretty much all the time and not ovulating. All the signs of Estrogen Dominance and super low progesterone. I’m getting blood tests tomorrow to confirm but I know that’s what it’ll be. And im done. My question: has anyone gone on the pill for a few months to regulate and it worked? Stopped bleeding helped TTC! Would love some insight! Thanks so much x
