New hairstyle

So I haven't had my hair even remotely close to short like this since 2014 and I need some opinions on it, if it's nice or needs some work, I also need better tips on how to keep it straight and keep it the same style cuz I seem to struggle with that everytime I get out of the shower.. Heh
