hi ladies please no negative comments...... ive been smoking since i was 11 yrs old my mother pushed them on me after she caught me trying my first...... im 32 now. i have a 5 yr old daughter whome i did smoke with her the entire time i was pregnant..... im 5w5d now and i really really badly want to quit for my health my daughters health and the health of the one growing inside me.... if you have options on how to go about quitting please share.... i knw smoking is harmful i know it is wrong... its so hard kickin the habbit.
